Diet Day 1/2

Day 1(302.5): Bfast -- Sausage, Cheese, Egg Buritto (sm)
Lunch -- Turkey(2), Ham(1) Cheese with Spicy Spread
Afternoon Snack -- 2 bananas
Dinner -- Sushi from Safeway
Workout -- 5 minutes warmup on stairstepper thing (:)
Plank 2 times 45 seconds (hard second time)
Arm up crunches 1 set of 20, 1 set of 25
Bottle pour 5 lbs. 1 set of 10, need to improve.
Chest compressions (22.5 2 sets of 10)
Lat pull down 2 sets of 20 at I think 60-80 lbs.
1 set of 10 lunges

Day 2(298.6): Bfast -- Sausage, Cheese, Egg Buritto (sm)
Lunch -- Turkey (2) Chesse with Spicy Spread
Afternoon Snack --
Dinner
Workout -- 20 minutes eliptical slide
2 Planks 45 seconds
2 sets of 30 crunches
Ball against wall, shoulder with 10 lbs weight
2 set of 10 crab walks
Leg press 90lbs on machine
Pulldown bar thing. (add weight)
